You acknowledge and agree that ADVN Global may adjust and update this Privacy Notice to ensure it complies with legal requirements and future industry developments/trends.
Please note that the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice supplement but do not replace any consent you may have previously provided to us or may provide to us in the future.
2. How we collect your personal data
Personal data refers to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (a) independently, or (b) when combined with other information. Information related to businesses (e.g., full name, business address, business phone number) is not considered personal data, but is used for B2B transactions.
We collect your personal data when you:
- Sign a contract with us to provide consulting services, distribute documents, or other information related to interactions and transactions.
- Interact with customer service representatives, sales staff, or service providers (via phone, email, social networks, surveys, seminars, etc.).
- Explore our collection of products and services.
- Respond via online email (EDMs) in marketing or promotional campaigns.
- Are referred by a reputable partner or co-business partner.
- Request us to contact you (for more information, complaints, etc.).
- Explore electronic service utilities, mobile services, social networks, websites, register an account.
- When we receive information from third parties about you when you make payments through various means.
- Images recorded via camera (CCTV) or through event photos, videos.

3. Types of personal data we collect about you
Types of personal data include:
- Contact information: Name, phone number, email address.
- Personal information: Name, company name, date of birth, driver's license number, vehicle plate number, profile image/video.
- Shopping on the website: Name, credit card number, billing address, shipping address, phone number.
In addition to direct collection, we may receive information from third parties, partners, affiliates, or public sources.
4. Use of personal data
We use your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
- Provide products, services, and perform contracts.
- Respond to questions, complaints, feedback, and contractual communications.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage debts.

- Cooperate with third parties (intermediaries, subcontractors) to support operations.
Third parties are contractually bound to confidentiality. We may transfer data to business successors.

7. Access and correction of personal data
Upon request, we allow individuals to access data according to Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP. We may require identity verification via NRIC or other legal documents.
We will correct errors, omissions within 30 days of receiving the request, and may charge a fee as prescribed.
8. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent by giving reasonable prior notice. We will inform you of the consequences of withdrawal (e.g., inability to send future service information).
Withdrawal requests can be made via email, letter, or the "UNSUB" function on online services.
10. How we protect your personal data
- Implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or removal.
- Apply deletion or anonymization policies when the purpose of collection is no longer appropriate or necessary for legal, business purposes.
11. Retention of personal data
We cease retention when the purpose of collection is no longer served and proceed to safely delete/destroy when the retention limit is reached.
12. Transfer of personal data outside Vietnam
Usually, we do not transfer data outside Vietnam. Any transfer abroad complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, ensuring equivalent protection standards.
